Study-related Concerns (Senior High School Students)
The number of students who "want to select the subjects to study " was 40% for both 11 and 5 years ago, but in the recent survey, it was 31.4%, about a 10% decrease. Also, those who answered, "teachers are too concerned about results" and "parents expect too much" has greatly declined, and we understand that there is a decrease in the pressure from parents and teachers regarding studying and sitting for examinations. On the other hand, those who answered "wish classes are easier to understand" has increased to 16.2% as compared to 11 years ago, and the students are demanding teachers more to improve their teaching skills.
