Vice President of the China Association for Science and Technology. Vice President of Chinese Institute of Electronics. Former Vice Minister of Ministry of Education, China Pioneered research of bioelectronics. Published over 300 papers. Instrumental in the Chinese science education program, "Learning by Doing," and founded the Department of Biomedical Engineering and the Research Center for Learning Science in Southeast University to apply and integrate brain science research in education practice. |
