This report represents the findings from the survey, "Japanese University Students' Perceptions of Teachers" (referred to below as "the survey"). This survey was carried out at a National School of Education in July 2000. We will also report findings from surveys conducted at other universities as well as findings of this survey. For this reason, this report reflects a limited sample and the analysis was kept simple.
