| The number of junior high school students who concern "there are subjects I do not like", or "do not know how to study well" is highest in all three surveys as it changes to around 70%. If compared to the 1990 survey, complaints about the burdensome-feelings toward study, such as "there is too much to memorize" (8.4% increase), "want the number of subjects to be decreased" (10.2% increase) are on the rise. Also, students who "do not understand the necessity to study such subjects" (10.6% increase), and who are unable to "find meanings in studying" are increasing.
