I think that Doraemon is the most famous comic in Japan. It has been published for about thirty years. People of all generations like to read Doraemon

This comic is the best comic of all Japanese comics. It has been published from volume 1 to 165! This record is longer than any other authors.

Nodame Kantabire

The scene of this comic is a college of music. This comic was dramatized for television in 2006. It was very popular among young people.

Comic books are called manga in Japan. All Japanese can be proud of manga because manga are a famous part of teenage culture in Japan. Many teenagers like to read manga. Manga are an important thing in modern Japanese teenager life.
