Tanoshii

Place : Kyoto
Taken by : R. O. (Doshisha International Junior/Senior High School)

They're putting on their toe shoes.
Toe shoes are longing for every little child.
Then they will dancing, and feel “Tanoshii”.

It's lunch time.
We are eating meal as we are talking.
Talking is very “Tanoshii”.

They're clearing linoleums.
Surprisingly, It's very difficult that cleanly rolling it.
We feel “Tanoshii” that.

They're my friend.
They usually make me happy.
All the time I spend with them is very “Tanoshii”.

“Tanoshii” is a word that means happy, fun. I think that “Tanoshii” is very great word, because “Tanoshii” can be not only that I feel happy but also that everyone who around me feels happy, too. An object of “Tanoshii” is different for everybody. I am the most time to feel “Tanoshii” is doing ballet. Stretching, eating lunch, clearing and dancing - all these things are “Tanoshii” for me. I think the reason that we can feel “Tanoshii” is that we have some bitter experiences and trying experiences. We have such hard experiences, therefore we can feel “Tanoshii”. But I think the most important thing for “Tanoshii” is friendship. When we have friends, we are subjected to great hardships together, so I feel even these hardships are very “Tanoshii”. I think that we forget to feel “Tanoshii” from the bottom of our hearts recently. It is a very important thing. We can feel “Tanoshii” is extreme happiness in this world that is dogged by unhappiness now. We must not forget the feeling of enjoyment all the time. Can you feel “Tanoshii” everyday in your life?
