Memo :

Hina matsuri is an occasion to pray for young girl's growth and happiness. Most homes with girls display dolls for this festival and dedicate to them peach blossoms on March, 3. The main dolls, called Ohina sama are Emperor and empress wearing ceremonial robe. This festival has been celebrated in Japan since Edo period. (1603-1867) .
