| At the playshop, each of the fifteen groups was provided with a pair of tatami-size boards and each group member wrote his or her ideas or thoughts during the playshop. Many participants, who ranged from the lower grades of elementary school to parents and retired teachers in their sixties, expressed in writing or drawing their feelings and what they learned during the playshop.
